Three Things Come Back With Every Language
- One native linguist per language. The same reader sees your strings, your docs and your emails, so “Dashboard” never turns into two different words.
- QA in your staging build. We click through every screen in each language and log clipped buttons, broken plurals and wrapped labels. Fixes are part of the fee.
- A glossary and style guide you keep. Product terms, tone, formal or informal address, and a do-not-translate list your next hire can pick up on day one.
- 30 days of free edits. Change a string we delivered within a month and we update it at no charge.

Is the flat fee really final?
For up to 8,000 words, yes. If your scope grows, the extra-word number is sent in writing and you approve it before we start on it.
Can we start with one language and add the others later?
Yes. Many teams start with Spanish and add Portuguese and French once the first launch is live. You keep the same glossary structure, so adding languages is smooth.
Do you invoice up front?
Half at kickoff, half when files ship. No hourly meter and no surprise line items.
Can you work inside our repo or TMS?
We work from exported files in the formats listed above and return files ready to merge. If you use a TMS, send an export and we’ll match its structure.
